Research the world over has been acclaimed to have authentic and generalisable results when two or more colleagues either from the same or from different disciplines associate to take a view at a given research problem. This perspective has been highlighted by Ministries of (Higher) Education the world over. Of recent, the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education in Cameroon reiterated the conditions for the submission of a PhD thesis, one of them being the publication of an article with their supervisor. In the same light, in some Higher Education contexts in the world, co-published works have a higher impact factor than solo publications.
Considering the above, and within the framework of Collaborative Research on Africa that has launched a multidisciplinary project on the Sociolinguistic Profile and Development of Cameroon (SPDC), we are glad to announce a call for abstracts on original, unpublished disciplinary, interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary research from established and budding researchers. Abstracts can come from any research field in the social sciences and the humanities but must involve at least two authors with any of the following portfolios:
Supervisor/Supervisee; Mentor/Mentee; Colleague (Local)/Colleague (International); Colleague (Local)/Colleague (Local); Colleague (International)/Colleague (International). Developed papers shall be published.
Abstracts in English or French, not more than 300 words should be submitted at contact@collaborativeresearchafrica.org in MS Word, font size 12, line spacing 1.5. International participants who wish to participate online are welcome.
